The school app builder for US K-12 & learning programs.
Parent communication, lunch menus, bell schedules, sports rosters, push alerts for closures and emergencies - all in your school\'s branded app. Replace 6 newsletters, 4 portals, and the parent group text.
Every feature your school families actually use.
Built for the day-to-day reality of US schools: parent communication, athletic schedules, weather-day push, and clear bell-schedule answers.
Parent Communication Channel
Push announcements, weekly newsletters, class-specific messages. Parents subscribe to their child's grade, team, or club - they only hear what matters.
Bell Schedule & Calendar
Daily, weekly, and special-schedule views. Half-days, snow days, early dismissals - all auto-update across every parent's phone.
Lunch Menu & Cafeteria
Daily menus with allergen flags. Cafeteria account top-up via Stripe. Parents see what their kid ate and what is left in the balance.
Sports & Activities Calendar
Team rosters, game schedules, score updates, transportation info. Athletic directors update once, every parent and player sees it.
Emergency Push Alerts
Weather closures, lockdowns, bus delays. High-priority push reaches parents in seconds - faster than email, more reliable than mass text.
Forms & Permission Slips
Digital signature, attached to the student record. No more crumpled paper coming back two weeks late.
Teacher Directory & Contact
Browse staff by department, email or message in-app. Office-hours availability shown so parents do not interrupt class.
PTA & Fundraising
Event RSVPs, volunteer sign-ups, fundraising drives with in-app donations via Stripe. PTA budget visibility for transparency.
School-Board Documents
Meeting agendas, minutes, policies - public-facing for parents who want detail. Search-friendly.
One app beats six newsletters.
The average US K-12 family hears from their school through email blasts, a PowerSchool portal, a Remind text, a Google Classroom invite, a PTA Facebook group, and the principal\'s weekly newsletter. None of them work well. Email opens hover around 20%. Portal logins are even worse. By the time a parent needs the bell schedule for early-release Wednesday, they cannot find it anywhere.
A branded school app collapses all of it into one tap. Bell schedule, lunch menu, sports calendar, school-board notes, emergency closures - one home screen, push notifications when something changes. Parents stop missing forms. Athletic directors stop fielding 50 "what time is the game" texts. Principals run one channel instead of seven.
Built for every kind of US learning program.
Elementary, Middle & High Schools
One app per school. Parents of multiple kids subscribe to each grade or class - relevant info only, no noise.
School Districts
District-level app with one entry per school. Centralized branding, decentralized content management per principal.
Private Christian & Religious Schools
Includes chapel schedules, devotionals, mission-trip sign-ups alongside academic features.
Charter Schools
Lighter compliance, fast iteration. Build the school-app feature set you actually need without enterprise-school-software bloat.
Tutoring & After-School Programs
Session schedules, homework help calendar, parent progress reports. Builds the brand for small programs competing against franchises.
Sports Leagues & Youth Programs
Roster, schedule, scores, parent volunteer slots. League directors run multi-team operations from one dashboard.
School administrator questions
How does this compare to PowerSchool, Bloomz, or Remind?
PowerSchool is a heavy student-information system - powerful but bureaucratic, with parent-facing UX that frustrates families. Bloomz and Remind solve communication but require parents to install yet another app. AppBuilder24 is YOUR school's app, branded and feature-complete in one place.
Will it integrate with PowerSchool or Infinite Campus?
For grade and attendance data, yes - via the standard student information system APIs (works for most US districts). For information that lives in the app (announcements, calendars, lunch menus, sports), there is no integration needed; it lives in your AppBuilder24 dashboard.
Is it FERPA-compliant?
Yes. The platform supports the data-protection controls required for US K-12 FERPA compliance: role-based access, audit logs, data export, and no third-party data sale. We sign a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) for districts that require one.
Can parents subscribe to only their child's class or team?
Yes. Topic subscriptions let parents pick the channels relevant to their family: grade level, specific class, sports team, club, PTA. They only get push notifications from the channels they follow.
Can teachers post to their own class without admin approval?
Yes - or not, depending on your settings. Set whether teachers post freely, post-with-review, or whether only admins post. Configurable per role.
What about multi-language support for ELL families?
In-app content can be translated per topic. Parents pick their preferred language; the app shows everything in that language. Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic - whichever your district serves.
